Really good Lodge Experience!

The complimentary s'mores were a good treat. I loved the location for easy access to Yosemite. The multiple pools and hot tubs were great for relaxation after a day of hiking!!!

Mixed experience, some issues noted
cold eggsstyrofoam container
I encountered some problems . The breakfast buffet in Jackalopes had cold scrambled eggs. I also found the lack of free refills on soft drinks at dinner quite excessive. Paying over $100 for refills for eight people seemed unreasonable. The nachos by the pool were served in a styrofoam container with the cheese at the bottom, seemingly microwaved.

lovely furnishingsoutdoor spacewater machine
the lobby features lovely furnishings and many places to sit (chess tables are also available). the outdoor space includes a pool area and two jacuzzis. a water refill machine is available, which i found useful.
the furniture had water stains, which detracted slightly from the overall impression.

I find the heater in our room wasn't working properly. The temperature was difficult to adjust, causing discomfort through the nights. the information about on-site dining was not clear. We were told that one restaurant was open, however it had limited hours. We also noticed that some of the advertised amenities were unavailable. The experience did detract a bit from our stay.

the shop had a good selection of items available for purchase.
The cabin i stayed in was not very clean. the carpet had significant stains and dirt throughout. additionally, the king bed was quite uncomfortable. One side dipped noticeably, resulting in an uneven sleeping surface

The location was convenient for visiting Yosemite National Park. The staff was friendly. I appreciated the little touches such as s'mores supplies for the outdoor fire pits (it was very cozy!). I also enjoyed a nice dinner in the sit-down restaurant.
The beautiful room did not have working a/c. The fans ran constantly, yet the room never cooled below 82 degrees. The mattresses seemed old. They sank and squeaked with every movement. It was an overpriced experience.
